Organizational structure.

The project is about two companies that are operating in Qatar, my group chose “Ministry of Municipality and
Environment” and “IKEA”.
You have to make sure you covered these:
1) propose a proper organizational structure.
1.1) the proposed organizational structure for the ministry to adapt to learning structure/ and centralized while maintaining vertical linkages. As for IKEA, my group agreed to have a learning structure/ and have decentralized while maintaining horizontal linkages.
2) compare between the proposed organizational structure and the actual organizational structure
2.1) The actual organizational structure for the ministry is traditional/functional structure/ is a highly centralized structure and high vertical. As for IKEA, organic/learning and decentralized also horizontal linkages.
3) compare and contrast the proposed organizational structure of both companies.
