You are doing a research paper on how information technology has transformed the quality and functionality of the public health system. The paper should include how information technology has been utilized in response to national and global disasters, and epidemics and pandemics. The paper should include the types of technology utilized and how it is applied (to include hardware and software)
Factors to be covered in Case Study Paper
Identify all the substantive aspects of how public health utilizes the various information systems and technology to respond to and/or prevent national or global disasters, epidemics or pandemics, and ensuring a foundation of good public health (free from treatable diseases).
To gain perspective on how the public health system works, you will need to conduct an interview with a local public health representative. This can be a public health nurse, risk manager, epidemiologist, etc. You will include this in the Appendix section of your paper. This will not be included in the narrative as part of the 8 page requirement.
Compare what you have researched with information you obtained from your interview.

Your paper should be at least 8 pages long (double spaced, 12 point Arial or Times Roman font, 1” borders) at a minimum but you MUST cover all of the content requested.
